I was asked to choose a visual representation for the job platform and compile the core interface design for the development team. Later I was asked to design the main page and the corresponding pages, too.

VISUAL STRATEGY

Targeting young professionals required clear layout and modern, flat style iconography. In order to convey the dynamic approach of the platform, I mixed fresh colors with high contrasted backgrounds.

BUILDING TRUST

Since remote hiring requires a lot of credit, I gave a prominent position for the feedback scores and the professional’s value proposition. Also kept the member’s tiles distraction-free to ensure a clear presence.

VISUAL GUIDANCE

In order to help formalize the engagement and the behavioral usage of the platform I added several visual reinforcement to the UI about the members' personal progress, required actions and possible steps forward.

PROMOTE PERSONALIZATION

Intuitive and visually appealing forms are the best way to encourage members to complete their profile. Hence my aim was to eliminate all the confusion around the fields. For that I used big white spaces, limited graphic elements and strong labeling during compilation.

GENTLE HELP

Instead of heavy explanatory text boxes I used meaningful icons to display the profile building process to take some weight off the interface.

LANDING PAGE

The landing page design provides a visual lead for the application interface, introducing the form styles, imagery and iconography. In this way, I could make the UI familiar, even for the newly registered members.
